1. Returns & Exchanges
We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return/Exchange:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of delivery using the contact details below. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
